Assistance with oral and dental care, prosthesis care, hair and nail care, shaving, performed independently if necessary, on the level of training.

Help with the use of bedpan, night chair, urine bottle, etc. as well as with going to the toilet, with subsequent bodily hygiene, performed independently if necessary, depending on the level of training.

Assistance with bedding and positioning, including cleanliness, implemented independently if necessary.

Assistance with movement and mobilisation, independently if necessary, depending on the level of training

Assistance with medical diagnosis and therapy, depending on the level of training

Assisting with the provision of meals, independently if necessary, depending on the level of training.

Assistance with end-of-life care and bereavement

Assistance with psychosocial care, depending on the level of training

Assistance with domestic care, independently if necessary, depending on the level of training.
After your training, you will have numerous opportunities for further training, for example becoming a practice supervisor, a specialist in psychiatry or gerontological psychiatry, a wound manager, a pain nurse, in palliative care, as a hygienist or in the field of case and care management. Nursing studies are also possible. The respective universities will inform you about the admission requirements.
