The generalist training.
In the generalist training programme, which ends with a degree in nursing (m*f*d) at Paritätische Altenhilfe, you will be guided by experienced nursing personnel and support senior citizens in their daily lives. In addition to nursing knowledge, your training will include a wide range of basic medical knowledge.
The goal is to tend to people during their last stage of life and to accompany them with dignity and in line with their needs.
The training is consciously designed to impart extensive theoretical knowledge. You will be prepared for the daily caring needs, thanks to targeted practical instruction at a training institution as well as other institutions from the different care areas. The majority of the practical training takes place at the provider, i.e. the training company with which you have concluded the training contract.
