The Paritätische Altenhilfe in Bavaria is an umbrella organisation of independent welfare organisations and looks back on a long tradition in social work. We were founded by Luise Kiesselbach, a well-known Bavarian women's and social politician.

Around 800 member organisations from all areas of social work have come together under our umbrella. Together we realise the basic idea of parity, the claim to the free development and equality of all people.
