Educational qualification
You either have a middle school certificate or a certificate recognised as equivalent or a "Hauptschule" (secondary school) certificate and at least two years of successfully-completed vocational training or permission to hold a professional licence as a nursing assistant.

Ability to work under pressure and in a team
You must also be at least 17 years old and be able to prove that you are fit for this training. This includes physical and mental resilience. We also require the ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, reliability and technical understanding.
